More than 100 Central Coast carers gathered in Terrigal for a complimentary beach yoga experience hosted by Crowne Plaza Terrigal on Tuesday October 18, as part of National Carers Week (October 16-22, 2011).

As a part of National Carers Week, Crowne Plaza Terrigal hosted a complimentary beach yaga session for Central Coast carers to celebrate their contribution towards the community.

In celebration of the contribution carers make to the local community Crowne Plaza Terrigal, organised the free group yoga, meditation and stretch session on the beach, which was lead by a yoga instructor from the hotel’s Aqueous Health and Fitness Club.

The hotel also hosted a gourmet lunch for carers in its beach-facing Lord Ashley Lounge as local singer-songwriter Mike McCarthy entertained guests.

Carers will also be invited back to enjoy a complimentary overnight stay at the hotel, followed by a buffet breakfast for two.
