Melbourne Food and Wine Festival invites industry to join in its 20th anniversary celebrations and are opening event submissions on August 1 until the 14th.
As Melbourne Food and Wine Festival (MFWF) approaches (2 – 21 March 2012), the Festival team invites Victoria’s ever-creative food, wine and
hospitality industry to contribute to MFWF’s most ambitious and innovative program to date.
Victoria’s food and wine industry are invited to submit their event to be part of the 2012 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival
The festival is calling on Victorian restaurants, wineries and other food and wine businesses and individuals to craft inspiring and unforgettable food and wine experiences that affirm Melbourne’s reputation as the culinary capital of Australia. This Festival milestone builds on 20 years celebrating the passion and expertise of Victoria’s food and wine industry, while welcoming international food and wine trailblazers to our state to share food and insights alongside our homegrown best.

New to the 2012 Festival, 10 honorary representatives from a diverse cross-section of Victoria’s food and wine community will curate a program of excellence from industry event submissions. The Festival’s programming team is also honoured to work closely with two specialist, honorary committees, who provide creative insights and expert advice.
