Quest Serviced Apartments will open a new property in Parap, Northern Territory on Monday 21 March 2011, adding more accomodation options for Darwin.
The Quest Parap serviced apartment property will employ approximately 18 locals and is expected to contribute around $4 million to the local economy.
The new $20 million Quest Parap property offers flexible, comfortable and spacious serviced apartment accommodation for business and leisure travellers visiting Darwin.
“We’ve previously lived and worked in Darwin, and it’s wonderful to return to a place where everyone makes you feel so welcome and supports what you do. We hope to be a permanent feature of the Darwin area and to give back to the community that has given us so much,” said franchisee Tricia Hartshorn.
The anticipated 4.5 star AAA Tourism rated property is located at 49 Parap Road, Parap. It is in close proximity to Darwin Yacht Club, Parap markets, Darwin RAAF Base and the Museum and Art Gallery of Northern Territory.
