Great Southern E-vents (GSE) and Aztech Events have jointly announced the launch of Fourth Wall Events.

Calling the launch a “break-through into the fourth dimension of events, television and theatre,” former Great Southern E-vents director Jeremy Garling has described the newly launched entity as “Australia’s most theatrical multi-faceted event and production company that enables you to engage directly with your audience.”

So why Fourth Wall Events? “In theatre and television the fourth wall is an imaginary boundary between the performance and its audience,” explained director Darren Waide, “When the two connect directly they break through the fourth wall. In the same way, Fourth Wall Events creates experiences in events, television and theatre where you speak directly to your target market.”

The merger of the two highly successful businesses will allow a new offering to clients that comes from the theatre, television and event industries, allowing them to connect with their audience through a creative and theatrical approach.

GSE has become synonymous with high quality events with quality clients such as Fairfax with The Good Food Guide Awards in Sydney & Melbourne, Opera Australia, Lion Nathan, Westpac, South African Tourism, Macquarie Bank and the advertising industry’s AWARD Award. While Aztech Events has also earned an enviable reputation for delivering live theatrical events for Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, the ARIAs, So You Think You Can Dance, Australia’s Next Top Model and more.

”Our clients will gain a multi-faceted approach through our global background in numerous types of experiences from events to television and theatre,” said Garling, adding that the experiences generated by Fourth Wall will be vibrant, on brief, on budget and measurable.

“Our clients will gain the strengths, systems and processes of each company, the expertise and theatre background of each director and the knowledge of their teams.
Our clients will enjoy working with a company where creativity, amazing work and dedicated teams collaborate. A perfectly positioned company that produces premium experiences in every medium – theatre, events, television, social, fashion, conference, exhibition and strategy.”
