The Hyde Restaurant, a new standalone dining establishment located within close proximity of the recently refurbished Larmont Sydney by Lancemore boutique hotel, is set to welcome its first guests from 1 March.

Executive chef Christian Colognesi, the former head chef of famed Sydney restaurant Bambini Trust, has curated a menu themed around modern Australian cuisine and includes favourites such as banana hotcakes (for breakfast), wild kingfish (lunch) and lamb and pistachio (dinner).

The restaurant is open daily from 6:30am until late and has the capacity to seat up to 90 diners.

Guests staying at the Larmont Sydney would also be able to order room service from The Hyde’s extensive menu.

Formerly The Diamant, the rejuvenated Larmont offers an additional two levels of accommodation above the original hotel, and is situated within walking distance of the city’s shopping strips, cafes, bars and restaurants.
