Sydney Town Hall hosts the ‘Mother of All Balls’

NSW’s La Belle Epoque themed event raised $300K to support women and children experiencing domestic violence.

Held at Sydney Town Hall on 14 May, VIP guests included Dame Quentin Bryce, Patron of YWCA, The Hon Anna Bligh, CEO YWCA NSW, President of the YWCA NSW and respected company director, Elizabeth Bryan AM, and Australian Author, and human rights advocate, Tara Moss.

The ‘La Belle Epoque’ theme this year celebrated Paris in the beautiful era, in a time of optimism, regional peace, economic prosperity and technological and scientific innovations, when ideas and the arts flourished. Luke Mangan designed the menu and Restaurant Associates did the catering.

Companies that supported the ball include Telstra, Blackmores, ANZ, Mirvac, PwC, NRL, NAB, Westpac, St George, CBRE, Accenture, Mantra, Commonwealth Bank Australia, Frasers Property, Herbert Smith Freehills, The Star Entertainment Group, McKinsey and Co, EY, King and Wood Mallesons and Frasers Property.

Boutique company Team Event produced the ball.
