Anantara Layan Phuket welcomes 15 new pool residences.
The Residences by Anantara is made up of 15 pool residences overlooking the Anantara Layan Phuket Resort on Phuket’s west coast.
Four of the two-storey three to five-bedroom residences, with sizes ranging from 1700sqm – 2200sqm, have been unveiled to launch in time for the busy Christmas/New Year season.
The Residences have rooftop decks, pool decks with Thai salas and 21 metre infinity pools perfect for sunset relaxation or entertaining with panoramic views across the tranquil Andaman Sea.
Upstairs, master bedrooms, lounges and dining rooms open onto the outdoor decks with their infinity pools and Thai salas for relaxed socialising. Further bedrooms are downstairs, together with studies, kitchens and staff accommodation. Some residences also feature spa and gym rooms
The Residences have access to the Dee Plee Thai and beachfront Sala Layan restaurants for breakfast buffets and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
The Anantara Spa is also accessible from the Residences, with seven treatment suites and manicure/pedicure studios, has a full therapeutic range combining Asian therapies and pampering Elemis products.
Guests have access to the Spice Spoons Thai cooking classes, Muay Thai boxing lessons at the resort’s boxing ring, yoga classes, a fitness centre and a children’s club.
Residents and guests can also charter the resort’s motor yacht ‘Major Affair’, a 90-foot Sunseeker, for day trips or longer cruises to explore the islands of the Andaman Sea.
