Pepes, located in the Novotel Wollongong Northbeach, focuses on innovative dishes, with quality produce that are perfect to share, complementing the casual, laidback vibe the bar has quickly become famous for. Featuring charcuterie share boards, seafood plates and a variety of bar snacks, as well as weekend breakfast, fresh juices, coffees and cocktails.

The hotel itself has been given a fresh coat of paint and will undergo a full room renovation this June. The Lobby Bar will be revamped later in the year to bring it up to 4.5 star standard.
