Tiger Island

Dreamworld recently hosted 100 corporate clients for an after dark progressive dinner held in various venues within the park.

The evening began on Tiger Island, where guests were treated to the Tiger Experience. Guests sipped on pre-dinner drinks while they learnt about the tigers and watched them play. With dinner tables set and themed to reflect the event space, guests were able to see how Tiger Island can transform into a dinner venue.

Land of Awesomeness

The group then moved to Kung Fu Panda: Land of Awesomeness where they were greeted by several stilt walkers and the star of Kung Fu Panda himself, Po. Guests enjoyed canapés and drinks underneath the red lanterns and were given the chance to ride Pandamonium and drive the Skadoosh bumper cars.

Aerial Angels

Dinner took place under the Main Street canopy. Upon arrival, guests were served Champagne from two ladies hanging upside down from their perch at the entry to the venue. An alternate drop plated main meal and a selection of desserts followed, with two performances from the Aerial Angels taking place overhead.

The evening concluded with the Illuminate Laser Light Show.

National Sales Manager for Dreamworld Events, Katie Tinetti said the Showcase was a great way for corporate clients to experience what their event could be like at Dreamworld.

Tinetti said, “We wanted our clients to see, hear, feel and taste just how fantastic their event could be.  We pride ourselves on creating memorable and unique events coupled with a high standard of service.  For a client to experience first-hand what we offer, it’s the best way we can convey what we can do.   It truly is amazing to show them the transformation of Dreamworld after dark”.

Dreamworld Events will host another showcase in early 2015.
