iBahn’s CEO Dave Garrison says a secure in-room connection to the internet is vital for hotels, with Australian travellers labelling it their major concern in a recent survey conducted by the technology provider.
Providing a fast, safe internet connection
is a must for hotels in 2012 according to iBahn
Speaking exclusively to SpiceNews on camera in Sydney recently, Garrison said 70 per cent of Australian respondents in the iBahn survey revealed that security is their number one concern while speed was the second.
He said hotels needed to ensure hotels could offer both or they could lose risk losing guests to rival properties.
