Sydney based Fresh Catering cleaned up three of the top accolades bestowed upon NSW catering businesses last Monday night after being awarded Caterer of the Year; Best Caterer at an Event and Best Wedding Caterer in a Function Centre at the NSW Restaurant & Catering Association's 2011 Savour Australia Restaurant & Catering HOSTPLUS Awards for Excellence.

Sydney's leading caterers battled it out for the hotly contested categories with Fresh Catering beating a lineup of fine industry peers to win first place in each of the coveted categories for the Sydney and surrounds area.
"These awards are a tribute to the fantastic team of culinary and event . It reflects our commitment to always providing the very best care and commitment to our customers and it inspires us to always challenge ourselves to innovate and lead," said Fresh Catering managing director, Peter McCloskey.
Fresh Catering is all set to launch its services at the MCA'S Rooftop venues, The Concourse Chatswood and the inaugural 'Opera on Sydney Harbour' 2012.
These prestigious awards come at a significant juncture in the company's growth with Fresh set to launch the Museum of Contemporary Art's highly anticipated Rooftop Venues this month; the company has also been appointed exclusive caterer for the newly developed 'The Concourse Chatswood'; and was recently named exclusive caterer at the inaugural 'Opera on Sydney Harbour' 2012.
