Peroni hosts VIP dining for Mercedes Benz Fashion Fest Brisbane

Official beer of the 2011 Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival Brisbane, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, hosted Brisbane’s fashion crowd for lunch following the South Bank Swim & Resort Wear Group Show on Sunday 21 August at the picturesque South Bank Surf Club.
VIP guests, hosted by Peroni, enjoyed a post-show lunch at Brisbane's South Bank Surf Club.
A stylish day of fashion and fine food, guests enjoyed the runway show, featuring some of Australia’s favourite designers, including Camilla, Rebecca Manning and White Sands.

Post catwalk show, guests moved on to indulge in a sumptuous menu by celebrity chef, Ben O’Donoghue, at his South Bank Surf Club.

Guests were treated to a showcase of some of Brisbane’s best produce with O’Donoghue sending out platters of delicious canapes including Miso Beef Skewers, Vanilla and Vodka Ocean Trout with lemon caper & dill dressing, Stir Fried Hervey Bay Scallops served with crème fraiche, soy sauce, shizu cress and wasabi crunch and Natural Oysters.
The crisp and refreshing Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Peroni Leggera was flowing, with revellers staying well beyond sun down.
