Hotel Hospitality and Design show back in Sydney for 2011

Hotel Hospitality + Design (HHD) returns, after a successful debut in the culture capital of Melbourne, to Australia’s international hub of industry – Sydney for 2011.
In 2010, Diversified Exhibitions launched the national trade expo – Hotel, Hospitality + Design with its key focus on design, fit out and refurbishment for the hotel, pub, resort, spa and hospitality venues.
The state of the Australian hospitality industry is crucial to the ongoing stability of business travel and the tourism industry which contributes significantly to the healthy economy we benefit from today.
Hotel Hospitaliy + Design will return in 2011 to Sydney
Refurbishment and redevelopment are two of the most important factors in keeping a hotel, motel or hospitality venue appealing and our industry up to date. Modern technology has made the world a very small place and our competitive playing field is now the world stage. Hotel Hospitality + Design 2011 will address all aspects of the refurbishment process in the hospitality arena and offer the knowledge, skills and know-how for our industry representatives to remain at the top of their game.
Designers, architects, hotel owners and hospitality venue operators who wish to gain insight into the latest trends in technology, design and fit-out will turn to Hotel Hospitality + Design 2011 for inspiration and ideas.The expo will present over 160 exhibitors covering all aspects of the design and refurbishment process.
HHD is also pleased to announce the return of big industry suppliers, Philips and Dulux, who will sponsor this year’s ‘Hotel Room of the Future’ and the ‘Refurbishment Stage’ respectively.

“Last year the inaugural Hotel, Hospitality + Design received critical acclaim from government bodies and industry representatives for spearheading an important side of the hotel and hospitality business. In the year ending April 2010, Tourism Australia reported 5.7 million tourists visited Australia and all would have come into contact with our hotel and hospitality industry," said exhibition manager, Michael-William Kelly.
"HHD exists to ensure the perception they take with them is that Australia is leading the world in hospitality design and comfort, offering the best level of hospitality it can. HHD offers suppliers and industry operators a platform to keep refurbishment of hospitality properties fresh and relevant. Based on visitation numbers to HHD 2010, we are confident up to 4,000 bona fide decision-making industry representatives will come to experience HHD 2011,” said exhibition manager, Michael-William Kelly.
