Hillary Clinton checks out Grand Hyatt Melbourne

Grand Hyatt Melbourne employees were thrilled at the opportunity for a photo with the visiting U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton who had been staying at the hotel since she arrived in Melbourne last  Saturday (6 Oct.) .

The hotel's general manager, David Mansfield, was delighted to welcome Ms Clinton to the recently redeveloped hotel, where hotel employees have worked tirelessly with the visiting U.S. and Australian teams to comply with safety and security arrangements.

Hotel staff that had assisted in the preparation of  Clinton's visit, and her time once at the hotel could barely contain their excitement when notified of the opportunity to take part in a photo with the former First Lady.

The hotel presented Ms Clinton with a Ken Duncan book containing a collection of iconic Victorian photographs on her departure.
