Toga Hospitality has confirmed plans for its new property on Hall Street in Bondi Beach, with the serviced apartment property to be called Adina and feature 115 apartments.

Speaking exclusively to SpiceNews, Toga Hospitality CEO Rachel Argaman said the apartments would be made up of studio, one- and two-bedroom combinations and the property would also feature a range of restaurants.

“It’s going to be absolutely beautiful and all around it will be top restaurant operators and top food providores,” she said.

The property is set to commence construction in 2011.
