Exclusive Video: Four Seasons confident on Queenstown resort

[Tue 09/11/2010 11:57:26]

BY JAMES WILKINSON IN TORONTO, CANADA

Four Seasons’ highly speculated new resort in Queenstown, New Zealand, is one-step closer to a reality, with the Canadian chain’s head of development, Scott Woroch, confident the project will come to fruition.

Speaking exclusively to SpiceNews at the Four Seasons headquarters in Toronto, Canada, Woroch said the developers of the Jack’s Point project – approximately half an hours’ drive from Queenstown – were confident of sourcing finance for the luxury resort.

“The developer there has some extensive conversations going on with some Asian partners for some capital that will hopefully move that development forward,” he said.
