Sydney's top hotel conceirge enjoy a night out

Some of Sydney’s top hotel concierge enjoyed a well deserved night off from tending to their hotel guests, when they attended Star City’s Concierge ‘Famil’ party on Tuesday (Aug 3) at the Sydney casino.
The event was well attended by concierge from four and five star hotels around the city including the Hilton, Four Seasons, Westin and Swissotel hotels.
Guest toured various venues that have been refurbished as part of Star City’s multi-million dollar make over, including Sports Theatre, Halo Bar, Fat Noodle and baccarat areas.

Star City’s Head of Concierge, Aaron Ellis, described the event as an important networking exercise for Sydney’s top concierge:
“The event is a fantastic opportunity to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences that we can pass on to our guests, and of course is a fun night out for Sydney’s hard working concierge.”
Members of the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or international concierge society were also in attendance, including third Vice President Colin Toomey from the Shangri-la.
Members of the Les Clefs d’Or, also known as the Society of the Golden Keys, donned their signature golden keys on their lapels.
