The first nine months of operation at Emirates’ $125 million Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa have been “tremendous”, according to the property’s general manager Joost Heymeijer.

Speaking exclusively to SpiceNews at the Blue Mountains property last Friday (Jun 25), Heymeijer said weekend business has been strong and the MICE market has continued to pick-up during the week.

He also confirmed that Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa, Australia’s most significant hotel development over the last five years, was attracting significant interest from incentive planners looking for sole use of the property.
