The aim is to connect business managers, executive assistants and event managers to a whole range of team building companies and activity providers.
"It's a great website to browse when you are stuck for ideas," said managing director Adrian Risely.
The website comes at a time when team building and staff rewards are back on the agenda following a downturn during the Global Financial Crisis.
"Typically, team building activities are something that managers organise for their teams just a couple of times a year. They are generally time poor, want to get something organised quickly, and more often-than-not they turn to the internet to look for ideas. That's where ifind Team Building comes in," said Risely.
A search for 'Team Building' using Google reveals over 1.4 million results from Australia alone. This represents a challenge for anyone looking to find a team building activity. With so many businesses offering all different types of team building it's very easy to get lost in the sea of results.
"There are many excellent activity providers that aren't on the first page of a Google search and it's often difficult for people to find these businesses," said Risely
Among the activities listed are many smaller providers or experiences that aren't first to mind when you think of team building. Risely singles out a Coffee Barista Experience, where groups can get hands on and learn the art of making the perfect latte, he says "The Sydney Coffee School focuses on training baristas, but it's also a great experience for corporate groups, and ifind Team Building allows them to connect with the corporate world"
