Marriner Theatres Hosts AFI Awards Again

Melbourne’s Marriner Theatres have announced their role as the Official Venue Partner for the 2009 Samsung Mobile AFI Awards for the second year.
Melbourne's Regent Theatre will again host the televised Australian
Film Institute (AFI) Awards in December.
The awards will take place at the Regent Theatre on December 11-12, hosted by Julia Zemiro.
Australia’s most talented will take to the red carpet at the Regent for this high-profile televised event recognising excellence in film and television.
Broadcast on the Nine Network at 9.30pm on the Saturday night the event is expected to again attract hundreds as a record number of 26 feature films will be vying for Awards.
