Avocado Group and Funktionality Launch New Venue

Avocado Group teamed with Funktionality last Wednesday night (23 September) to launch a new partnership with Tattersalls Club Sydney.
As one of Sydney's oldest clubs, Tattersalls was established in 1858 embracing the rise of the racing industry in Australia, the growth of Sydney as a business epicenter and all forms of sport.

Guests enjoyed gourmet canapés such as seared scallops wrapped in beetroot sashimi salmon, coconut prawns with mango and coriander salsa, ginger lime salt and pepper chicken and finished off with Avocado Group’s signature dessert canapé – Avocado Ice Cream in a cinnamon dusted wafer cone.
Funktionality had the room looking fantastic with a mix of regal and rustic combining modern black and red with candlesticks and pillar candles to accentuate the classic décor of this timeless venue.
The venue offers a range of AV and technical equipment including an audio system, induction loop for hearing impaired guests, data projector, screen, lectern and microphone.

The Tattersalls Club is conveniently located in Sydney’s CBD with hotels, public transport and some of Sydney’s main tourist attractions all located within walking distance.
This unique venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for a banquet or 500 guests for a cocktail reception. Smaller groups can also be accommodated in the different areas of the venue.
