SpongeBob SquarePants Splashes Into Sydney Aquarium

Sydney Aquarium has launched a special event for the July School Holidays with SpongeBob SquarePants and crew with a new installation and scenes throughout its ocean tanks.
The special exhibition is on until August 9 and features a pirate world at the Aquarium’s newest exhibit Mermaid Lagoon and a Bikini Bottom installation in the iconic Great Barrier Reef tank.

The partnership with the famous Nickelodeon character is expected to draw attention from young fans as new episodes air on the children’s entertainment channel. The exhibiton will also see family games, interactive displays, giveaways, face painting and special appearances from the sea-dwellers themselves.
