Royal Randwick Spring Carnival Hospitality Packages Now Available

Sydney’s Royal Randwick has launched its Spring Carnival program offering corporate organisations an easy way to entertain clients and staff in a unique location with plenty of entertainment.
The 4-day Spring Carnival 2009 begins with the George Main Stakes on September 26 followed by the Arrowfield Stud Super Saturday on October 3 and City Tattersall’s Club Cup Day on October 17, with the final day of Carnival on November 3 to mark the Melbourne Cup.

A variety of hospitality options are available including shared dining facilities, private rooms and exclusive marquee suites, starting at $160 per person up to $200 per person where groups can indulge in a private room (min 100 persons) including afternoon tea, 5-hour beverage package, race book, entry and parking with access to betting facilities. Dining and private rooms offer spectacular views of the race course including the home straight and winning post.
Organisers booking a table of 10, private function room or marquee suite on any race day over Spring Carnival 2009 can win a 5 night Hayman Great Barrier Reef escape package, valued at over $6400 including accommodation, spa package and airfares.
