Tasmanian Bureau Bids Farwell to Sydney Rep
[Tue 27/01/2009 02:33:40]
By Ian Neubauer
The Tasmanian Convention Bureau (TCB) has announced the departure of Edwina Murphy, who had been representing the TCB and Tasmania on a part-time basis in Sydney's business events market.
Edwina Murphy
Murphy promoted Tasmania as a destination for business events over a number of years with TCB sales manager - NSW and QLD, Sharlene Dadd.
Following Dadd’s departure last year, Murphy trailed the representation on a full-time role. However she has now made the decision to return to part-time hours and as such will be leaving the TCB.
Murphy’s role has been passed onto Christie Sweeting, who is based at the TCB headquarters in Hobart.
