ASTW Christmas Party

More than 160 journalists and travel industry members attended the Australian Society of Travel Writers (ASTW) Christmas Party, held at the Blue Hotel in Sydney on Tuesday (December 9).
Sponsored by lastminute.com.au, the party’s ‘Pretty In Pink’ saw guests dressed up in 80’s pink clothes, sipping on pink cocktails and nibbling pink cupcakes.
“Hosting the ASTW Christmas lunch was the perfect opportunity to introduce our website as the ultimate travel and lifestyle website selling everything from hotels to holidays, flights to facials and wine to whale watching tours,” said lastminute.com.au spokesperson, Angie Bohlmann.
The ASTW is an organisation of professionals engaged in writing, broadcasting, photographic, television and other electronic media production, as well as public relations Members engaged in promotional activities related to the travel industry.
